We were thinking of Sunday lunch when we made this spritz. We’ve made our own ‘cello which is a delicious mix of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, Aperol steeped in orange peels & diluted with sugar, we have then paired it with Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin and rhubarb bitters. Just add Prosecco, Josephine’s Dried fruit and serve over ice. See you at lunch, darling!
